Marine Engineering Lead

This role leads the maritime discipline for a strategic project, managing the process from design basis to construction close-out. The position holds responsible charge for marine engineering, permits, and construction drawings while serving as the primary agency-facing contact for the USACE, non-federal sponsor, and Coast Guard. The role involves directing detailed design, defining work packages, and acting as the Engineer of Record during construction.
