Marine Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician serves as the vital link between the Engineering team and the shop floor assembly line, combining hands-on production labor, mechanical troubleshooting, prototyping, and sea-trial testing. This role involves installing, testing, and refining boat systems on the assembly floor, as well as conducting design validation and performance testing on the water. The position requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, fabrication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively between design engineers and shop technicians.
