Marine Superintendent

The Marine Superintendent is responsible for the safe, compliant, and cost‑effective utilization of all vessels operated by Bridgemans Marine Transport, overseeing a fleet of eight vessels and about 50 crew members. The role coordinates crew changes, vessel availability, maintenance, and logistics across the Lower Mainland and Kitimat, while ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company safety standards.
