About this role

As the Manager of Market Access, Policy and Advocacy for Australia and New Zealand, you will drive reimbursement expansion and value-based access programs for Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring technology. Reporting to the Director of APAC Access, you will develop market strategies, contribute to health technology assessments, and build relationships with payers and government stakeholders to enhance patient access.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute market access and reimbursement strategies across Australia and New Zealand
Contribute to health technology assessment submissions and value-based funding initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with payers, government stakeholders, and industry organizations
Leverage health economic and real-world evidence to support product positioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a favorable policy environment

Skills
