Market Manager

The Market Manager directs the operations of a full-service retail location, setting the standard for a positive branch environment and excellent Member service. This role involves providing effective leadership and coaching to the branch team while managing daily operations, including loan analysis, credit decisions, and branch maintenance. The position also focuses on representing the branch in civic activities and partnering with Select Employee Groups to attract business and increase membership.
