Marketing Administration Specialist

The Marketing Administrative Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department at the casino property by coordinating marketing projects, maintaining departmental records, assisting with promotions and special events, preparing reports, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives. This position serves as a key liaison between the Marketing team, internal departments, vendors, and external partners to help ensure marketing activities are organized, compliant, and executed efficiently. The role supports guest engagement initiatives, promotional planning, database maintenance, and departmental communications while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.
