About this role

As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will partner with marketing and product teams to design and implement scalable CRM programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will architect data pipelines, build reusable code libraries, and develop API integrations to ensure compliant, personalized customer experiences across global audiences.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain complex email and SMS campaigns using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Architect and manage data extensions and integration pipelines between SFMC and upstream CRM systems.
Build reusable AMPscript and SSJS libraries to accelerate campaign velocity and enforce governance.
Develop REST and SOAP API integrations to synchronise subscriber data across channels.
Monitor campaign performance metrics to drive continuous optimization of programs and infrastructure.
