A Marketing Automation Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting Transurban’s outbound customer communications across eDM, SMS, push notifications and other digital channels. The role works within the marketing team to deploy and maintain campaigns and journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contribute to continual improvement of customer communications. The position is based in Melbourne and supports Transurban’s transport solutions and community outcomes.
