Marketing & Communications Manager

Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing and communications function, supporting fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and brand awareness. This hands-on role involves developing digital campaigns, managing social media and storytelling, and overseeing external creative partners to shape the organization's local marketing function. The position reports to the Vice President of Advancement and focuses on building scalable processes and growing team capacity.
