Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will lead the transformation of the marketing function into a data-driven, consumer-centric, digital-first growth engine for a longstanding FMCG leader in Kuwait and the GCC region. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a forward-looking marketing strategy aligned with business objectives of profitable growth and sustainability. The position involves building a high-performing marketing team, driving brand equity elevation, and managing digital commerce, trade marketing, and consumer insights.
