About this role
The Marketing Manager, Enterprise Strategic Segments will lead strategy and execution for Farther’s priority growth segments, initially focusing on HNW/UHNW private clients, 401(k) plan sponsors, and institutional audiences. The role owns designing and running programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate conversion, and equip advisors with scalable materials. It combines segment strategy with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration to mature and expand Farther’s enterprise offerings.
