Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager for Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Tenant Advisory & Workplace Strategy team leads marketing and business development pursuits, producing high-impact proposals, pitch decks, and collateral across print, digital, and environmental platforms. The role owns projects from strategy through final delivery, collaborates with producers and leadership to shape narratives, and mentors a small team of marketers within a larger marketing organization. This position is based in Washington, DC and supports new business growth and client-facing pursuits.
