Marketing Operations Lead

Rho is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to own the data and systems layer for its marketing team, building robust metric definitions, modeling all marketing sources in Snowflake, and delivering reliable attribution and reporting. The role involves hands‑on work with Snowflake, dbt, and reverse‑ETL pipelines to ensure clean data, accurate cost metrics, and seamless activation of audiences across marketing and sales tools.
