Marketing Operations role focused on scaling and strengthening CRM systems and processes to support Inspira Education’s revenue funnel. The hire will partner closely with CRM leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, student success) to ensure systems evolve with the business and enable data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on position with emphasis on tooling, reporting, and operational rigor in a fast-growing startup environment; the role is hybrid based in NYC.
