Marketing Project Specialist

The Marketing Project Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across the Essex portfolio. This role focuses on coordinating marketing projects and cross-functional efforts to ensure the successful implementation of community marketing programs. The Specialist partners closely with property operations, creative teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns, maintain brand standards, support acquisitions and dispositions, and drive community engagement.
