Marketing Systems Manager

This role leads Viktor's marketing technology strategy by owning the marketing stack, identifying manual processes, and building automated tools and agents to scale the marketing organization. The individual will collaborate with program leads to implement solutions, manage tool selection, and ensure data integrity from marketing activities to signups. The position reports to the CMO and focuses on delivering high-impact marketing systems without traditional engineering processes.
