Marketplace Manager

The Marketplace Manager leads and supports the Marketplace Advisors and Administrators to ensure a seamless, white-glove experience for timeshare resale transactions from listing to closing. This role focuses on driving team productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction while resolving escalations and optimizing operational processes. The position requires a hands-on leader who coaches team members, analyzes performance metrics, and collaborates across departments to enhance the overall owner experience.
