E-Trading Risk and Controls (ETRC) is a first-line risk team within the Global Markets COO function focused on implementing the E‑Trading Risk Framework across Citi’s markets. This New York–based role supports the NAM/LATAM region and partners with E‑Trading businesses, CAOs and second‑line functions to maintain governance, controls, and centralized tooling for algorithmic trading. The position supports regulatory engagement and oversight for market access and E‑trading controls.
