MMC
This role serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts, including complex accounts in the FINPRO portfolio. The position is responsible for helping clients understand and place coverage for financial institutions, directors & officers, professional indemnity, crime and related risks. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
