MarTech Data Platform Technical Lead

This role provides technical leadership for Vanguard's MarTech Data Platform ecosystem, overseeing the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable data solutions that power modern marketing and personalization. The position involves driving engineering best practices, establishing data governance standards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into durable technical solutions. It also includes mentoring engineers, evaluating emerging technologies, and communicating platform strategy to stakeholders.
