Master Black Belt

The Master Black Belt serves as the organization's highest-level Continuous Improvement practitioner and operational excellence leader, developing and deploying enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma strategies. This role partners with executive leadership to identify transformational improvement opportunities, build organizational capability, and coach team members across various functions. The position focuses on driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience while championing a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
