About this role

The Master Data Management Specialist owns the day-to-day operating model for Ontic’s Master Data Management capability, ensuring master data processes remain effective, reliable, and well-governed across the business. Acting as the business product owner for the Semarchy xDM platform, the role involves partnering with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT to maintain and continuously improve the platform and associated business processes. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement, data governance skills, and hands-on platform administration to embed a sustainable culture of master data ownership and data quality.

Responsibilities

Own and operate the Master Data Management operating model and governance framework
Act as business product owner for the Semarchy xDM platform and manage enhancement backlogs
Monitor operational health of the MDM capability and troubleshoot platform and integration issues
