Master Franchising Manager

This role is responsible for developing and executing the master franchising strategy to enter new markets across the APAC region. The position involves identifying and securing high-caliber franchise partners, leading deal structuring and negotiations, and overseeing the onboarding and governance of new franchisees. The ideal candidate will drive market expansion priorities while ensuring brand standards and operational excellence are maintained.
