Master-Master Maintenance Technician

The Master-Master Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all production and plant support systems at Kaiser Aluminum. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying production equipment while utilizing condition monitoring methodologies and precision maintenance techniques. The position requires leading root cause analysis events, mentoring apprentice technicians, and ensuring maintenance work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.
