Master Patient Index Specialist

This role is responsible for the ongoing surveillance and maintenance of enterprise-wide Master Patient Indices and identity management across multiple source systems. The position serves as a subject matter expert for training and troubleshooting, while coordinating chart corrections, merges, and regulatory workflows for patient requests. The specialist also assists Health Information Management leadership with surveyor activities, revenue cycle support, and state reporting.
