Master Production Planner

This role is responsible for developing and managing the master production plan to align customer demand, production capacity, and material availability for optical fiber and preform manufacturing operations. The position involves leading cross-functional teams to execute monthly and annual RSI plans, balancing demand, capacity, and cost to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory levels. The role requires proactive identification of planning issues, data-driven decision support, and continuous improvement of planning systems and processes.
