Master Production Scheduler

This role develops, maintains, and executes the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by aligning customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time delivery. The position involves translating sales forecasts into executable production plans, evaluating capacity constraints, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement. It serves as the primary link between Planning, Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, and Sales functions to support business growth and operational performance.
