About this role

The Master Scheduler at BW Packaging develops and optimizes the master production schedule to balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and material availability. The role ensures on-time delivery by coordinating between engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams using MRP/ERP systems. Part of the Operational Excellence team, the scheduler analyzes performance metrics to resolve delays and improve workflow efficiency within the packaging industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on demand and capacity
Coordinate short- and long-term capacity planning to ensure feasible schedules
Analyze schedule performance and root causes of delays to recommend corrective actions
Serve as primary scheduling liaison between manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams
Lead S&OP meetings and communicate key milestone due dates to stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or OperationsAPICS or CPIM certification (Preferred)5 years production planning experienceProficiency in ERP/MRP softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office
