Master Scheduler

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple programs, balancing customer demand with capacity and supply chain constraints. This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring realistic, capacity-constrained production plans. The position involves leading capacity planning, resolving production bottlenecks, and mentoring planning staff to maintain schedule accuracy and operational efficiency.
