Master Scheduler/SIOP Lead – PGM Operations

This role manages integrated production planning, scheduling, and demand/capacity planning for Precision Guided Munition manufacturing operations at the Maple Grove, Minnesota facility. The position serves as the primary focal point for developing and executing the Master Production Schedule and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process to align with program requirements. The incumbent will work cross-functionally to ensure production requirements are met while supporting continuous improvement and new product introduction activities.
