Master Thesis Automatic CT/MR Image Registration

This thesis project focuses on automating the image registration process for CT and MR brain imaging used in stereotactic neuro radiotherapy. The role involves developing methods for automatic fiducial mark detection and registration, evaluating their accuracy, and proposing quality assurance metrics. The student will collaborate with Elekta experts in software development and clinical applications.
