Master's Thesis Student - Materials Modelling

This role involves completing a master's thesis focused on data-efficient exploration of compositions and mechanical properties using first-principles calculations and active learning. The position is based in Stockholm and aims to develop predictive models for cutting tool materials by reducing prediction uncertainty through iterative database updates. The project runs full-time for approximately 20 weeks starting in January 2027.
