Material Handler Lead

The Lead Material Handler serves as the senior floor leader for the Assembly facility, ensuring materials are available for production while coordinating pick list execution and inventory accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This hands-on role involves directing the Material Handler team, managing receiver/deliveries, maintaining safe warehouse organization, and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records. The position acts as the primary operational point of contact for the warehouse floor when the Manager is absent while escalating formal performance issues to leadership.
