About this role

The Material Planning Manager leads the Material Planning team at Lucid's manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ, ensuring production build requirements are supported through strong material availability, supplier execution, and MRP discipline. This role focuses on closing gaps in supplier performance, material readiness, and inventory accuracy while driving continuous improvement in OTIF and supplier delivery metrics. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to protect production continuity and provide executive visibility into material risk.

Responsibilities

Lead Material Planning team to ensure parts and materials availability for serial production
Own MRP operating discipline and communicate production build requirements to global suppliers
Drive supplier issue resolution and delivery recovery plans to improve On-Time In-Full performance
