This role supports Supervisors in managing a production area at Assurant's Lewisville, TX facility, focusing on team development and ensuring adherence to production and quality controls. It is an onsite, weekend shift position (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM) working within shop-floor systems and production processes. The position acts as a frontline lead to help meet customer goals and maintain operational performance.
