About this role
This is a frontline production lead role based at Assurant’s Distribution Control Center in Irving, TX. The position supports supervisors in team development and ensures production and quality controls are maintained in accordance with work instructions. The role operates on a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and interacts with internal and external stakeholders.
