Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to support development programs within the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit. This role acts as the primary liaison between program leads, engineering, and the supplier base to ensure material requirements are met for early life-cycle development programs. Responsibilities include overseeing supplier performance, executing material strategies, driving cost negotiations, and managing financial metrics under Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

Oversee domestic supplier performance for quality and timely delivery
Develop and execute material strategies aligned with program needs
Drive cost, quality, and schedule negotiations across the supplier base
Manage financial metrics including cost forecasting and Earned Value Management
Own the supplier management process including compliance with customer flow-through requirements
