Materials and Dispatch Specialist

The Materials and Dispatch Specialist is responsible for scheduling and dispatching real-time maintenance activities, as well as managing the purchasing and warehousing of parts and materials for the Lift and Electrical Maintenance Departments. This role involves coordinating with maintenance staff to anticipate needs, facilitating procurement and inventory management, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The position also requires maintaining organized and secure warehousing facilities while fostering professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
