Materials and Production Coordinator

The Materials and Production Coordinator supports production and remanufacturing operations by planning, tracking, and coordinating the flow of materials, cores, and components to meet daily production schedules. This role collaborates with Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams to ensure materials are available, accurately tracked, and staged for production while minimizing shortages and excess inventory. The position involves maintaining production schedules in ERP/MRP systems, tracking work orders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to streamline material flow and improve on-time performance.
