Materials Department Manager

The Materials Department Manager leads a high-performing team of over 13 professionals, including Project Managers and Materials Technicians, to deliver quality materials testing services on time, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements and company standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations with a focus on safety, staff development, quality, and timely deliverables, while partnering with leadership on business development and client relationships. The position provides opportunities to work on high-profile large commercial buildings, renewable energy, large reservoir projects, data centers, and infrastructure construction projects throughout Northern Colorado.
