About this role

The Materials Engineer will act as the primary technical partner for customers evaluating and adopting Boston Materials’ thermal interface material products for advanced semiconductor packaging applications. The role focuses on guiding early- to mid-stage customer engagements, ensuring customers receive the data, samples, and technical support needed for successful integration and qualification. This position involves close collaboration with leading hyperscalers, ODMs, and OSATs to influence adoption of next-generation thermal management solutions for AI and data center systems. The engineer will also feed customer insights back into product development and roadmapping.
