Materials Operations & Regional Packaging Manager

The Materials Operations & Regional Packaging Manager leads materials supply execution for assigned CPS plants in Costa Rica while serving as the Regional Packaging Lead. This role ensures continuity of supply for ingredients and packaging, optimizes inventory performance, and strengthens supplier relationships, compliance, and sustainability alignment across the region. The position involves managing a team of Material Operations Planners and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability, cost effectiveness, and operational continuity.
