About this role

The Materials Planning Specialist at IEM Jacksonville will establish and refine material replenishment strategies to support the site's lean production system. The role focuses on designing and implementing material flow processes (Kanban, PFEP, JIT, FIFO) and acting as a cross-functional liaison between Production, Supply Chain, Fabrication, and Warehouse. This position leads foundational lean materials buildout and supports change management and training to drive standardization and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
