Materials & Processes Lead

The Materials & Processes Lead establishes and drives the materials and processes discipline across the product life cycle at BETA Technologies, ensuring standardized, repeatable, and certifiable manufacturing methods as the company transitions to aircraft production. This role provides technical authority for material selections, process specifications, and manufacturing methods, partnering with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support production ramp-up and in-service support. The position involves leading a team of subject matter experts and lab technicians to qualify materials, resolve non-conformances, and build a scalable framework for safe, compliant aircraft production.
