Maternity Governance Lead

The Maternity Governance Lead provides senior leadership and oversight of maternity governance, quality, risk, and patient safety within the Maternity services. This pivotal role ensures robust systems of assurance are embedded, driving demonstrable and sustainable improvements in care safety, quality, and experience. The position involves collaborating with senior leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and system partners to align processes and support cross-site learning. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Midwifery and work closely with the Director of Midwifery and corporate governance leads to ensure regulatory compliance and service improvement.
