Maturation Operator

The Maturation Operator role involves supporting all aspects of maturation within traditional and high-racking warehouses, including the filling, disgorging, dropping, and bonding of casks. This hands-on position requires operating approved mechanical handling equipment to move casks ranging from 50kg to 700kg across core sites in Auchroisk and Glenlossie, as well as off-site locations. The role demands flexibility, safety compliance, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.
