Board-eligible nurse graduates from an accredited school of nursing work under the direct supervision of an RN on the General Pediatric Unit (4C) at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. After orientation and being deemed competent, the nurse graduate provides direct and indirect patient care until obtaining Mississippi Board of Nursing licensure.
