McKinney-Vento Liaison

The McKinney-Vento Liaison is responsible for identifying, supporting, and ensuring the delivery of educational services and basic needs resources to students experiencing housing instability, homelessness, or foster care placement. This role aims to eliminate barriers to immediate enrollment, school stability, and academic success while ensuring compliance with the McKinney-Vento Act. The position also serves as the foster care point of contact for the district and collaborates closely with the Family Resource Center and student services leadership.
