MCSF-BI Site Manager (Contingency Hire)

The MCSF-BI Site Manager is a mandatory Key Personnel role with full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters specific to the Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island. The position requires a constant on-site presence at Naval Station Mayport to support facility readiness and ensure contract compliance. This role supports naval and Marine Corps operations by overseeing site operations and ensuring access and security requirements are met.
