About this role

The MDAO Lead will lead multidisciplinary design, analysis, and optimization efforts for Zone 5's air-launched effects and next-generation munitions, integrating aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, and GNC into unified vehicle-level trade studies. This role involves establishing shared MDAO methods, developing automated workflows, and validating designs against test data to support conceptual through fielded performance stages. The position requires mentoring engineers, collaborating across disciplines, and driving technical direction for weapons performance systems.

Responsibilities
